I announced it here. A lot of times it seems like I make snap decisions, but the reality is that when something like this happens, it's been percolating in my back brain for a looong time. Then something tips it all from "maybe" to NOW. Mike finds this very frustrating. I do give him heads-up, but he hears my heads-up as daydreaming. Silly man.
