ljgeoffYesterday, I cut my hair. Actually, I cut it in September before I went to Viable Paradise. But that cut wasn't working with my face, so I had it cut again yesterday. It is very short, like a cap of curls. I'll try to get some pics, but I can't find my camera (it's around...)
This is how it's always been; when something changes in my head, something big, I cut my hair. But the last time I cut my hair this short was when Jake was born. I guess my subconscious knows more about what's going on than my conscious mind. Well, duh.
One more week at the shop. Three more weeks of this semester. In January, I'll pick up 20 hrs/wk of work-study. Until then, I've just got the home health job. I'm going to take this time off. Well, not completely - the home health job is 25 hrs/wk. And I'll sell my plasma. And get food baskets and maybe some help from Vinnies with the December utility bills. Oi, enough of that. We will be fine. And I will clean my house until it is pleasant. And write. And sleep.
Hmm. I wonder if there's any extra help out there for Iraqi War vets... time to test my google fu.... Here's something.
