At this point, we'll be able to start work -

We don't have estimates from the plumber or electrician. The bathroom has to be torn down and redone for accessibility. The floor has to be redone (it's got old kitchen linoleum on it), and the walls now have cheap paneling that we need to take down and see what's behind it - maybe we can get away with a heavy, textured wall paper.

Cory is talking to a guy from the tribal council about possible grant money, or seed money. We'll know more about that next week.

So, the next steps are: fill out the paperwork for the Health Dept. plan review and submit, and hire the architect.

"Just got back from field training. Three day in the hot field with no showers, only MRE's to eat and most slept out under the stars. To top that off we had a small sand storm in the middle of the first night! I was lucky because I was sleeping the cab of my truck. Everybody is still finding sand after they have showered. I have to go so I will talk to you later."
