ljgeoffI've been downstate at my mother-in-law's with Mike and some of the boys. It was a nice break, and it was wonderful to spend the time with Mike. While we were there, his Mom gave him a bag of letters from his first girlfriend, thirty years ago. He said that it was okay if I looked at them, but I just dipped in here and there - she loved him very much. I asked him if he wanted to look her up and he said that it might be fun.
Do you still think of your first bf/gf fondly? Do you still keep in touch? My very first boyfriend was Gus - we were 14. He lives right here in town and we're friendly when we bump into each other. My second boyfriend was Bruce - that was when I was 15. He sends me jokes and funny vids via email. After that was Brent, and it gets rather dark. Though there were moments of brilliance, eh?
So, off to social psych lab and then to a research methods test. Mike's working on the downstairs bathroom today and I've gotta work 4p-midnight.
