ljgeoffThe way money is going, I'm now doing the main grocery shopping bimonthly instead of once a week, so
Mon: (work 9a-5p) Chicken and Sweet Potato Casserole This sounds amazing. We'll leave off the cheese, though. I can prep it the night before and Mike can pop it in the oven.
Tues: (Off! OMG!) Pasties! With potatoes and rutabaga from the garden
Wed: (big test, 12-2pm): Italian Sausage Linguine
Thurs: (clinicals 2pm-8:30pm): homemade pizza
Fri: (clincals 2pm-8:30pm): crockpot: pork tenderloin, black beans, potatoes, salsa
Sat: (work 9a-5p): African Peanut Stew with cornbread
Sun: (work noon-6p): stirfry
