eating things

Over the last several months, maybe more, I've been pre' horrible at taking care of myself, especially my eating. I've been eating a ton of junk. Because junk tastes yummy to me, even if it makes me feel kindof sick later.
When I was a kid, I had at least three servings of fruits and veggies a day, usually one fruit and two veg. I think I literally ate an apple a day for 3/4 of my tweens and teens. Right now, I can't remember the last time I ate an apple. I had an orange last week, I think. I had a salad a couple of months ago. Yeah.
It's not like I'm getting no veggies -- I had leftover shepherd's pie the day before yesterday, and that was packed with veggies. But I'm still feeling a little bilious from last night's quarter pounder with cheese.
Bleh.
Food diaries work for me, so I'm going to be doing that here. I'll put it under a cut with the tag "food diary." I also have a program called Diet Power that keeps track of nutrition. (it's sold as a weight loss thing, but it works pretty well for keeping track of nutrition)
Classes start on Wednesday and I'm working around 30 hrs/wk, so scheduling is gonna be a challenge all around. I need to plan my food.
