I did an overview of our income vs. expenses today. Income is $1900, after taxes and child support; current expenses are $2050, but next month, due to adding another car on the insurance, they'll jump up to $2250. Bottom line is that we need to make another $350/mo. A part-time job is going to pay about $6/hr. So, again figuring for taxes, that means we need to work about 63 hours per month, or 16 hours per week.

Hmm, that sounds doable. If Mike won't do it, it means that I'll either work on my days off from Walmart, or work two double shifts per week. I guess that I'd rather work the double shifts.

I'm planning on applying for a promotion at Walmart in June - Assistant Manager. The job kinda sucks, but I should have a starting salary of $20K-$22K/yr, compared to the $13,500/yr I'm making right now.

Well, time to get the boys and myself cracking at cleaning up this house. Bleh.
