Wednesday, I foolishly decided to try to keep up with my 20-something ROTC classmates as we lunge-walked, squat-walked, bear-walked, crab-walked, and pogo'ed back and forth across the soccer field. I'm now the irritated owner of one pulled right gluteus and one pulled left quadricep (both the lateral and the medial). And everything else from my knees to my hips just hurts. I'm such an idiot.
