ljgeoffMigraine again - started at about noon, so I'm eight hours into it. I think I've taken 4 doses of Excedrin, plus two doses of phenylephrine -- the phenylephrine calms down the sinus inflammation.
It hurts, but not to the point that I can't think or work.
But maybe the pain is why I'm so bummed out by my latest post to Gaiawatch. Everyone around me is so relieved by our cold La Niña spring. And that just makes me more depressed.
I finally talked to Mike. He's frustrated by the nursing school stuff, too, but emotionally supportive. There is room here to make some kind of snarky comment about support, but it's just 'cause I've got a headache.
This is a day for feeling overwhelmed.
edit: 9:15 -- head feeling better, but nauseous *sigh*
