Killed My Laptop

anansi133 would not be surprised; I treat it horribly. So, I was at the bus depot, in the potty, and I hung my backpack from that coat peg on the stall door, and it slipped off the peg and fell a meter (or so) and now the screen is kaput.

It's rented from NMU, and micro repair is fixing it now. I will have it by 1pm or so. Cost will be $50, billed to my account.

Re: WisCon Ick -- several folks have told me that it was not food poisoning. Bad news for Mike. He's in Grayling now, and will be driving to North Carolina on Thursday-Friday for a training session. Hopefully, he won't have it so bad, but he was next to me on that long, awful drive home. We both have pretty strong constitutions, so I'm hoping for the best.
