it's all in my brain-stem, 2
Jul. 28th, 2008 07:46 pmGah. Third day of low-level migraine; better than high-level migraine, I guess. I was sitting here, trying to visualize a cortical depression. Like a tropical depression, swirling masses of ichorous sludge back-lit by blue fingers of neuron-electric flashes. Yesterday it was on the right side of my head, this morning, too. Now it's on the left side. Only to be fair, I'm sure. The pain goes from my left temple, into my left eye and broadly down my face, across my zygomatic and the left side of my nose, into my left incisor, and all the upper teeth behind that, and into the jaw joint and to the mastoid, that bone behind the ear. At least, I think those are bones. One would think I could get it right, having taken anatomy twice. Bleh. I can't name the bones of my hand, either.
A good day in the shop; I will once again be able to pay my bills. If we improve just a bit more, I can really start paying the boys. (I pay them a little now, maybe $2/hr) My big sign still hasn't come in. I ordered four weeks ago, and the sign guy said it'd take two weeks. Gotta call him (again) tomorrow.
