Thank you all for your well-wishes about my acceptance into nursing school. I'm so happy and so focused on this. The program that I've been admitted to is an accelerated track for people who already have a bachelors degree, and I will complete it in December of 2016. That means that a year from this December, I'll be an RN. I plan to get my BSN (easy-peasy since I already have my BS -- six or eight credits, I think.) My plan is to work as a hospital float nurse for the first year or two, learning as much as I can on the different units.
