medical proceedure
Jan. 6th, 2005 08:19 amToday I go in to the hospital for a short test. I've been having trouble with stress incontinence for years, and my great Family Practice doc, has sent me to a urologist to see if there's anything that can be done, surgery-wise. So the doc is going to do a cystoscopy, which is "an exam that allows the doctor to directly view the urethra and the inside of the bladder." If you are thinking, "my, that doesn't sound very comfortable", I think that you are probably right.
