Last month, we (Lucas, Ruby, Len and I) put an application into the bank to borrow money for that building that we want. We were hoping that the building that Lucas, Ruby and Len own would be enough to leverage us in. Nope. Credit rating's no good enough and not enough income.

Len's grigorii really taking it bad. I feel sorry that he's so upset, but impatient, too, with all of the end-of-the-world drama.

Disappointing, yes, but a little bit of a relief, too. I was worried that we weren't going to be able to pull it off, financially.

BTW, thanks for commenting in my journal! It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling that someone's reading and thinking about me. We gotta meet, one of these days.
