letters to my grandchildren's grandchildren

It's a bit of a conceit thinking that my grandchildren's grandchildren will be interested in what I have to say; that I have some arcane wisdom to pass on to them. Ok, it's a bit of that, but mostly I just have the desire that they know me a little. And that I can tell them my own story of the next ten or twenty years, or whatever time I have left with a working brain that will tell a story, and access to technology or supplies that will keep the story for them.

Once a week or so, I'm going to write a bit to these unknown and unknowable people. Feel free to comment. I"ll tag it as Dear Children, because I can't help but think of them that way. Who knows, maybe I'll even keep up with it.
