Feb. 19th, 2006 07:37 pmI think that sometimes it is good to just admit that I need help.
Help!
I shall hire someone to help me get my house in order. Literally. I still have a mountain of stuff in my library. It's a matter of organization. I think that once it's all organized, I can keep it up, more or less. Well, likely less, but that'll be okay, until it's not, when I will hire some more help.
I only have about $50 this week to spend on a housekeeper/organizer. But that will buy me four or five hours of work, and I think that will get most of the downstairs in order.
I also need to buy a vacuum cleaner. I'm looking at a Hoover upright that sells for about $125: cool vacuum
(I know that there's a way to cut-tag that link, but I can't find it.)
Time to go pick up the boys from snowboarding, and then off to play Munchkin with Len and the guys. There are some definate advantages to having Michael living here, though the boys will complain that I won't be home to read to them - we're almost done with Mary Stewart's The Last Enchantment .
