ljgeoffI start my new job tomorrow. It's a small promotion, but maybe it'll keep me from getting too bored and frustrated. I am the new Lead of Meats, um, the Meat Head...er, perhaps Meat Boss? Hmm. Anyways, I'm going to be managing the meat department. Except it's not called Department Manager, like the other departments, it's called the Lead.
So, well, I got a $.50/hr raise, which brings my earnings up to the incredible sum of $6.75/hr. My hours will be 6am-3pm every day, with Mondays and Thursdays off - kinda nice 'cause I'll be able to have supper with the boys every night, and help with homework and stuff.
And now, being 9pm, and having to get up at 5am, I'm going to read Luke a book and go to bed.
