ljgeoffLen, Ruby and Lucas are planning on leaving this afternoon for Len and Ruby's mom's house. They are all holding up well, being tender and sweet to one another, and brave against their loss.
Here on the southern shores of Lake Superior, we're experiencing the (so far) snowstorm of the decade. I'd say that we've had about three feet so far. Friday classes were cancelled at NMU (and all the other area schools), so I have a week to study for my chemistry exam.
Mike will be home on Sunday. Len will be spending a few weeks with his Mom.
