taking the long way
Jun. 18th, 2007 07:46 amThis week in school: Mon - lecture quiz, Tues - lab quiz, lec. Exam III, Wed - just lecture, Thur - lab quiz and short paper due on Native American plants.
3/4 the way done with classes (2 wks left!) and I'm getting 90% or better in both classes. Well, I should be doing this well in physiology because this is my 2nd time through. It feels good, though. I've always been an average student; I've never put forth this much effort. Makes me wonder what I could have accomplished if I'd been this focused back in the '80's. Ah, well, the road I took was a lovely one, too.
My wrist is still sore. I think that I hurt it hefting my back pack up to my shoulder. Note to self: you are no longer 25 yrs. old.
I did a self degree audit. Of the 40-odd credits that transferred from the U of M, only 8 are applicable to my degree. So it looks like I will graduate in December '09 with 175 credits. I will be a month away from my 49th birthday.
