I was listening to the radio on the way home from work and a commercial came on, with the voice of Baloo.
I love Baloo. I wanted Baloo to be my parent. I used to dream about Baloo.
Sitting there, driving along, I realized that I had taken him as my template for parenting. Which is kinda funny and kinda cool and kinda eye-rolling.
I haven't watched this clip in a good twenty years, and, watching the "scratching" part, started chuckling...
