Not Fair!

I have another ick! It started yesterday with sulfur-tasting burps, and worsened over the night with lots of gas, rumbles, cramps and diarrhea. Bleh. From online sources, it seems this type of thing can be caused by several types of bacteria, like e-coli or girrardia. Since I've not been consuming much of anything in the last couple of days, I suspect it's a bacteria that normally lives in my gut but, because of the recent disruptions to the ecosystem, has gotten a bit out of control.
