ljgeoffKickmoon met last night, and we went over the rough draft of the LLC operating agreement. We got half way through, which is less than I hoped but about what I expected.
We hope to hear from the Staples in about two weeks. Our purchase agreement is good until the 3rd week of December, though I'm pretty sure that the sellers would re-sign if we ask.
I told the kids that there was maybe a 50% chance that we'd get the place, and that we'd probably know by Christmas.
Tonight, Mike and Laura and I are going out to dinner, and then to see Bill Cosby, at NMU. I haven't decided what to wear. I'm sure Mike is wearing jeans. Hmm.
