I got this site from Serene serenejournal. It's kinda cool and kinda creepy. I can see my house. There's no car parked out front, and I wonder when the pics were taken.

Dear Mom

Well, I'm planning on writing Mike's Mom. You few who are looking at this - give me a critique. I haven't sent it yet. I forwarded it to Cheryl, so that she could have a look at it, too. Haven't got her reply yet.
Here's the meat of the letter:

Mike told me about the talk that you and he had after he'd gone to see Cheryl. I want to assure you that my and Mike's relationship is very solid. We love each other very much and we are very committed to each other. When Mike told you that he wasn't doing anything that I didn't know about, he was telling the truth. After he had talked to Cheryl, he called me and asked if it was okay with me.

I know that this may be hard for you to accept, but Mike and I have an open marriage. We always have, from day one. All I can say is that it works for us, and it's something that we're both happy and comfortable with.

Cheryl is very sad that you are upset with her. I want you to know that she knew that Mike and I had an open marriage when she called Mike; she wasn't trying to "steal" my husband. I really, really hope that you can see it in your heart to be kind to her. She's lonely and stressed, and she is not endangering my marriage in the least.

I want to say that I'm sorry for being so weird, but I'm not. Mike and I are very happy with each other, and we have a good life. But I am sorry if this has caused you tension or stress.
