ljgeoffOk, I'm in for Comicon 2009. Our groups will consist of myself and Mike, Sam and his Plus One, and Audrey and Toby.
Right now, I'm trying to line up crash space. Anyone who wants to let us camp in their back yard (or knows someone who would be amiable to our camping in their back yard), we would be happy to pay.
But I'm also looking at Campland On The Bay. The map says that it's about 9 miles from the convention center. Does anyone know what the drive would be like? It's all on the freeway; how bad is the traffic? Four nights are going to cost us around $350, in looks.
