I'm having some serious issues with sleep. Last night, I got to sleep around 4:30, and got up at 6am for work. I made it through the shift, came home and slept for about an hour, and then got up and made supper. The boys wanted to go to the ice rink, so I dropped them off at 6p and picked them up at 8p -- did some housework while they were gone. They wanted some friends to sleep over, and that was ok - I told them that they'd need to be quiet -- or at least not horribly loud. Watched tv for the rest of the evening. Last week I bought some beer, and around 10p I drank two and ate some popcorn, watching tv up in my bedroom. The beer made me drowsy, but I couldn't go to sleep with all the boys still up. At midnight, I came down and got them all settled - they're watching tv. Luke is still up - says he's hungry, so I'm gonna get him a yogurt.

I'm averaging about 6 hours a night - but it's like sometimes 4, sometimes 8. bleh. I need to wash my sheets; all of Mike's scent is gone, now.
